Pierce Aviation is pleased to offer 1/3 share of this well equipped 1980 Cessna 414A RAM IV for sale or lease. We recently acquired this aircraft and managed its complete restoration to better-than-new standards. Both Engines are still under RAM factory warranty. Patterson Avionics overhauled the instrument panel and added a Garmin 430W in January; paint and interior were completed by very reputable shops in March of this year. All cabinetry and bulkheads were completely redone in ribboned mahogany, and a mini bar was added.

Portages leather and closed-loop carpet assure that the lush upholstery will continue to show extremely well. Even the invisible details for passenger comfort have been addressed: This aircraft is equipped with quiet and efficient Q-tipped props, and all the original sound insulation has been removed in favor of a modern (and costly) foil-backed polymer, thus assuring the quietest pressurized and air conditioned cabin environment possible.  Even the luggage compartments were completely redone! This aircraft is based at our facility in Hammond, and ready for international service today.
